How to re-fill your Copic markers....or not ;)

Today I finally filled up two of my Copics that were empty.
Funny thing was I had the refills for them back in the summer, but just didn't fill them...I'm such a procrastinator.
If you see the markings on the refills, its because I used my staz-on ink to mark them better as they were clear and hard to see.

I made a video on how I refilled them...I am not sure if this is more of a how to...or a how not to video, lol.
Onto My Day:
Wayne drove Kristy to work for 7:00 am again as he headed off to the cottage to plow the roads.
I stayed in bed and slept in ;)
I caught up on my book work.
I started to colour an image, but am far from finished it. Hopefully tomorrow.

I hope you all had a creative Sunday :)

Tracy :)

  1. you learn something new everyday! lol... ;)

  2. Great :-) You could see how juicy the pens were once you had finished. Have a great week.

  3. loved the video!! i have a couple of copics that are dead and i should buy the refills for them!

  4. you are always willing to show us something new. Don't have too many Copics, so don't have to worry about this for a while. Happy Cyber Monday!!!

  5. Great video! I did not know that it was that easy to refill the markers. Great tip to have wipes or hand sanitize around for the overflows. :)

  6. Hmm, when my Bics run out of ink, I go buy a new one. Lol lol! I think maybe one day I'll get into coloring and then get into Copics, we'll see :) I'm so happy you got to sleep in! We had a busy day yesterday, but I did get some crafting in!

  7. I need to save this and watch it later. I have a few copics running low and I have yet to try refilling.

  8. I have spectrum noirs and I have mixed feelings on those, but I don't color often enough to justify copics. You do great videos.

  9. I don't have many copics but thanks for the tips on refilling them

  10. That is cool that you can refill the markers!

Also - I'm teaching metric system today in class. Totally using Copic markers as an example of why you need to know what a milliliter is! I'm pretty sure they'll all stare at me like I'm crazy, but that do that during the whole metric system lesson anyway. Apparently, two systems of measurement confuses kids!

Leave me some love and I will return it right back to you :)
